31 year old gentleman presented to the office with nasal airway obstruction and asymmetric nose with a dorsal hump. He found our practice through an internet search for an experienced and skilled plastic surgeon. He had an open rhino-septoplasty under general anesthesia, and healed very well. He was very pleased with the cosmetic results and the improved breathing.
