20 year old woman with airway obstruction and concern about a large bump, or dorsal hump on her nose. She wanted a more delicate nose to be in better proportion with her face. She had an open rhinoplasty with reduction of the cartilaginous and bony components of the hump, improved tip definition, spreader grafts and turbinectomy to help the breathing.
