Description
42 year old woman undergoing right sided mastectomy for breast cancer. She was referred to our office by her breast surgeon in Bridgeport. She chose reconstruction with a pedicled TRAM flap in order to avoid using any foreign material and in case of the need for radiation, TRAM flaps do better than implants. She was very pleased with her natural looking and feeling results.
