Breast Reconstruction: Case 1 - Breast Reconstruction, Westport

52 year old woman with bilateral mastectomies a few years apart. She initially chose no reconstruction. After a referral to our office from friends and family who had seen us, she chose bilateral tissue expander/implant reconstruction without nipple reconstruction. Alloderm was used to maintain the inframammary fold. She was very pleased with the quicker recovery time and round, perkier shape.
