56 year old man with self-consciuosness due to prominent ears since early childhood. He found our practice through an online search. He had a bilateral otoplasty, with ears pinned back using sutures and removal of excess skin. The cartilage was gently contoured. He had a smooth recovery and was very pleased with his results.
