18 year old man with self-consciousness due to "feminine" shape of the chest and concern about firm breast tissue under the areola. He was referred to our office through his primary care doctor. He had liposuction of the chest and excision of breast tissue through a small scar at the bottom edge of the areola. He healed well and had improved self-confidence.
