20 year old man fractured his small finger metacarpal neck "boxer's fracture" after punching a wall. The bone was angulated and displaced. He was offered several options for treatment but chose reduction with plate and screw fixation in order to get back to sports and activities quicker. His bone is straight, and his function is much improved.
