46 year old woman with severe, symptomatic and long-standing dysfunction from enlargement of both breasts. She was referred to our office by her primary care physician desiring a breast reduction. She had a 1200g reduction per breast and had relief of back, neck, and shoulder pain. She was thrilled with her new, perkier breasts and continued to lose weight on her own.
