28 year old woman who lost a significant amount of weight via diet and exercise and developed loose skin and deflated contour of the buttocks, with dimples. She found our practice through an online search for a skilled and kind female plastic surgeon. She had liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, with fat grafting to improve the contour of the buttocks.
